These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jil4 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By accessing jil4, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use jil4, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is required. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active jil4 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, or payment method — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
All bonuses offered by jil4 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to abuse bonus offers will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
jil4 supports GCash, Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others) for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil4 login credentials. jil4 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorized access promptly.

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the jil4 website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on jil4, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
1.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jil4 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
1.3 jil4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the jil4 Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the jil4 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jil4 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or use jil4: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of jil4 or its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members of such employees; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) individuals who have been permanently banned from the Platform.
2.4 Verification. jil4 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jil4 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. jil4 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 KYC Verification. jil4 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your jil4 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil4 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 jil4 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jil4 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.3 You must notify jil4 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jil4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification to us, provided that such unauthorized use did not result from our negligence.
4.4 jil4 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. This feature is available in your account security settings.
5.1 Accepted Methods. jil4 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
5.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. You may not fund your jil4 account using credit cards for gambling purposes, as this is prohibited under current Philippine regulations. You may not use funds obtained through illegal means. jil4 reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to return funds to their source if we have reason to believe the funding source is prohibited or fraudulent.
5.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the jil4 cashier at the time of transaction. jil4 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time.
5.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your jil4 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times. jil 4 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the jil4 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jil4 does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified account holders only. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request is processed. jil4 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. jil4 supports withdrawals to GCash, Maya, and major Philippine bank accounts. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name will not be processed.
6.3 Processing Times. jil4 aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees.
6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the jil4 cashier. jil4 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments and to request additional verification for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
6.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.1 jil4 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. jil4 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently suspended.
7.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jil4 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not available to players who have opted out of marketing communications unless they opt back in.
7.5 jil4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jil4 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. jil4 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules.
8.2 Random Number Generation. All jil4 RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any other external factor. The RNG systems used by jil4 are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories.
8.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG manipulation. Video feeds are monitored for integrity at all times.
8.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, jil4 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed in that round to the players' accounts. jil4 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
8.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jil4 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. jil4's decision on game result disputes is final.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil4 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
9.2 jil4 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.
10.1 jil4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting jil4 support. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account.
10.3 Age Restriction. jil4 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

11.1 All content on the jil4 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of jil4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; use any jil4 trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of jil4's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jil4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 jil4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jil4 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 jil4 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jil4's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your jil4 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
13.2 Termination by jil4. jil4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) we have reason to believe your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (d) you engage in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
13.3 Upon termination for cause, jil4 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jil4 Platform shall first be submitted to jil4's internal dispute resolution process. You must contact jil4 support in writing, setting out the nature of your dispute and the resolution you are seeking. jil4 will respond within fourteen (14) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jil4's internal process, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
15.1 jil4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jil4 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
15.2 Your continued use of the jil4 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
15.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available on the jil4 website at jil4.net/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this document.
